		<description>Great article. Even I am  believer of this that you must not skip meals if dieting too. If you want to lose weight reduce fat and carbohydrates, but never skip protein! This way you make it to the next meal without snacking in between and your body is not reducing lean tissue mass.</description>

		<description>I simply do not understand the need for any sacrifice when going on a fad diet. I feel that people view dieting as some sort of cosmic punishment for not having the perfect body. They believe that enjoying food is somehow bad for them, which couldn’t be further from the truth. If you want to be completely honest with yourself, when it comes to dieting, it isn’t about giving up food or flavor; it’s about discovering a new way to keep your body healthy and fit.
