		<description>I could not agree more with your comment about stress relief. I exercise in the AM. On those days when I find myself stressed out at work, 9 times out of 10, I&#039;ve skipped my workout that morning.</description>

Exercise has so many benefits it&#039;s almost impossible to list them all. But stress relief and a feeling of wellbeing are the main reasons I exercise regularly. And come to think of it I actually quite enjoy it!
