I think if you want to get the best results in physical training regime its really vital to record results. I&#039;ve been running marathons for over 15 years now and I find that when I really want to step up a notch, I do it by monitoring my results...and then working on my weaknesses.</description>

I am 38 years of age now and in my 20&#039;s I sed to play football at least 4 times a week yet I hated going to the gym and so never did! However now that I don&#039;t play football in order to stay fit I have decided to slowly build up a set of home gym equipment as I prefer to exercise by my self!
