    Try to eat around 1500 calories a day (or less) and if you do that, regardless of what you eat, you will lose a couple pounds every week

      The Holy Grail Transformation program was available during a promotion Tom Venuto was running at the beginning of March. If you purchased his Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle system, you were able to get the Holy Grail for free. I don’t think that’s available anymore.     I have tried gaining muscles and losing weight at the same time and quite surprisingly I did succeed once. I followed a diet plan while working out 4 times a week for 45 minutes a day. The trick here is to stick to a healthy diet and work out with full dedication. If you follow this routine for even a month then you are bound to get a healthy and lean body.

    Im no expert by any means but I do have a personal trainer and this was one of the very first questions I asked him. he told me that its very difficult and takes a long time to do. He told me that its much more effective to go through a muscle building phase and then a fat trimming phase.

      I agree Anna. All it takes is eating right and exercising. I would say that in order to increase your muscle mass, you would also have to incorporate lifting weights into an exercise program. That can be difficult, but there are classes like body pump that make it easier to incorporate weight lifting into an exercise routine.

  13. Always great content, here. I’ve been lifting free weights for five years now and I am finally starting to figure out just what I need to do to see gains. For me it comes down to perfect diet, high intensity training and tons of rest. At the end of the day I am stronger, have less fat, and feel healthier than ever! I’m fifty-five and feel like I’m thirty!
