		<description>i know this sounds dumb but when you don&#039;t eat for awhile, your body goes into starvation mode...meaning your body thinks you are starving yourself. you body then keeps all the fat and food you eat and whatever else you put into your body as fuel...for those &#039;starve days&#039;. you should eat throughout the day weather it is a small snack bar or a peice of fruit so your metabolism can keep working...therefore, it thinks (because you eat throughout the day) that you are feeding it properlly</description>

There are some dinners I go to that don&#039;t have a healthy food on the table (well turkey&#039;s not too bad) and I really wish they would! 		<description>That&#039;s a pretty cool fitness challenge. I think we are making a huge mistake turning eating into an event. From eating out to going the the movies, we turn eating food into a major part of the satisfaction.

Every year our entire family from both sides come to our house for Thanksgiving dinner. This year we had two turkeys and two double smoked hams. The hams alone were 24 and 26 pounds. My wife spends two days cooking and preparing. We had so much food we had to bring in a second table to put the dishes on. My whole attitude is changing when it comes to celebrating with food. I&#039;m not going to preach but I seriously do think we are making a huge mistake, especially on holidays. I bet no one will want to come to our home next year. If it&#039;s not healthy, we wont be serving it.
