		<description>I think you need to heal your body and not overexercise. You need to get plenty of sleep and only do gentle cardio such as walking. Intense cardio is not your friend at this point in time. If you like it resistance training will help build yourself up.</description>

Whether that&#039;s more energy, a great swim suit and/or a longer life. It&#039;s personal and you shouldn&#039;t let other people&#039;s opinions influence you. Then put it someplace you&#039;ll see it from time to time.</description>

		<description>Very well said Lisa. I couldn&#039;t agree more. Fad dieting is one of the worst things you can do to lose weight and keep it off. Although it&#039;s not common knowledge, when you go on a faddy &quot;quick weight loss&quot; diet, while you may initially lose weight, your body actually thinks you&#039;re starving and becomes more efficient as storing fat. And therefore, as soon as you resume normal eating, you pack back on all the weight you lose - plus more.

Even just making minor changes to your eating habits and taking a short walk once a day can make a big difference. And then you can work your way up to something more challenging from there.
